What happens after the 30 days?
It ends on its own. No cancellation, no invoice, nobody chasing you. After that you decide whether to move to a tier.
What does a club app cost with KoHub?
By number of members, not per user: from €15 a month up to 80 active members, €29 up to 300 and €59 above that. Setup, briefing and updates are included.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — for iOS and Android. KoHub also runs in the browser on computer and tablet, everywhere with the same content and permissions. Members without a smartphone stay included.
What does it cost members?
Nothing. The club pays one price for everyone. No per-person fee, no in-app purchases.
How does our existing data get in?
Send us your membership list in any format — Excel, CSV, Word or PDF. We create the club, teams and roles. Documents you upload yourself.
Is KoHub GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Access by invitation only, clubs strictly separate, transmission encrypted. Processing agreement, records of processing, deletion policy and a template privacy notice are included in every price.
Who is allowed to see what?
Team leaders work for their team, members see the content of their teams. Anyone who leaves the club loses access immediately.
How do we get out again?
Cancellation in text form up to 14 days before the term ends. You receive your complete data as an export, then we delete it. No lock-in.
Can we switch individual modules off?
Yes. Under “Pages & navigation” you switch modules on and off. Six core pages always stay active: Dashboard, Members, Club, Profile, Settings and About the app.
