The pricing model
Why we don't charge per head
The price depends on the size of the club — not on how many people help run it.
Responsibility should spread out
The more team leaders pitch in, the less rests on the committee. A price per login would punish that.
The membership figure is already settled
Every club knows its membership figure. It appears in the budget and cannot be optimised away.
How we count and invoice
What counts is active member accounts on the invoicing date. Accounts that have been invited but not yet accepted, and deactivated accounts, are not counted. All prices are in euros and exclusive of statutory VAT. These figures are non-binding and do not constitute a quote; the details in the respective contract are what applies.
